Job Summary :

The Digital Marketing Support Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing team’s initiatives, strategies, and campaigns. This role involves assisting with various digital marketing activities, managing digital platforms, and helping to execute marketing plans. The Digital Marketing Support Executive works closely with the digital marketing team to drive online presence and engage with the target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  2. Managing and updating the company’s website and ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
  3. Creating and scheduling social media content, monitoring social media accounts, and responding to comments and messages.
  4. Collaborating with graphic designers, content creators, and copywriters to develop digital marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  5. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  6. Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and preparing reports for management.
  7. Assisting in email marketing campaigns, including list management, email creation, and monitoring campaign performance.
  8. Supporting the maintenance of online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  9. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the digital marketing strategy.

Requirements :

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Digital Marketing Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  3. Communication Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to create compelling and engaging digital content.
  4. Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
    • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is advantageous.
